Rangpur Weather in June

June: hot and very wet

June feels sticky in Rangpur. Days are hot, nights stay warm, and rain falls on most days. Thick cloud often dims the light, so outdoor plans can be interrupted by showers or muddy paths. May is hotter, but June brings more rain; July is a little cooler and nearly as wet.

You can still visit Tajhat Palace between showers, or spend a rainy spell exploring Rangpur city's cafés. Long trips into the countryside and outdoor sightseeing are less reliable. Keep plans flexible, and don't count on a dry day for a full excursion.

Events and local days

Eid al-Adha can fall in June, though its date shifts with the lunar calendar and won't land in June every year. If it does, expect altered opening hours and busy travel around the holiday. It's a chance to see families gathering and enjoy festive food, but check local timings before setting out for Tajhat Palace.
