For Liuzi Temple, pair the visit with nearby Lingling Old Town rather than crossing town just for one sight. If rain sets in, you can spend more time among the old streets and local eateries. The damp chill can linger after sunset, so avoid leaving your outdoor sightseeing until late in the day.
