Travelling with kids? The Potemkin Stairs are a memorable walk, but the steps can be slippery after rain. Take the funicular route nearby instead when the weather turns wet. Try a bowl of forshmak, a local chopped-fish spread, at a restaurant in the centre. It's a cosy choice after a cool walk.
