October feels wet

October in Saint George's is warm and sticky, with highs around 29°C and little change after dark. Rain falls on many days, and cloudy skies can break up the sunshine. Showers don't always last all day, but wet pavements and humid afternoons are common.

You can still explore the Carenage, the harbourfront, between showers. Fort George has fine views, but its outdoor paths can be slippery when wet. Save a Grand Anse beach visit for a brighter spell, and don't count on a full day of dry hiking.
