March is quieter and usually cheaper than the busy summer months. Many seasonal beach clubs and restaurants haven't opened yet, but you'll have more room to explore towns and sights without peak-season crowds. If you hate crowds, March is a calm time to see Dalt Vila. Travelling with kids? The cooler weather makes a walk around the old town more comfortable than a hot summer afternoon.
