Pisa feels cool and damp in February, with daytime highs around 12°C and nights near 5°C. Rain falls on about 10 days, and grey skies can make the Arno feel chilly. You'll still get some sunny spells, so the weather isn't a write-off.

If you hate crowds, February is a good time to see the Leaning Tower and Piazza dei Miracoli at a calmer pace. It's quieter than spring and early autumn, among Pisa's best months overall. Flights and rooms can also cost less than in those busier seasons, though prices vary.
